Our warehouses are located in United States and United Kingdom, we ship to almost all countries in the world, when you entered your shipping address, our system will inform you whether the shipment is available or not.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we can ship a replacement free of charge. We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming your shipping address is correct. It would also be good to double check with your local post office to try locating the lost package.
